Berdasarkan hasil review pimpinan tentang kinerja, evaluasi, dan penilaian prestasi bagi pejabat pengelola dan pegawai badan layanan umum serta dalam rangka melaksanakan keputusan menteri keuangan nomor 51\/KMK.05\/2017 tentang penetapan remunerasi bagi pejabat pengelola, dewan pengawas, dan pegawai badan layanan umum Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar pada Kementerian Agama diperlukan adanya pedoman penetapan kinerja, evaluasi, dan penilaian prestasi kerja bagi pejabat pengelola dan pegawai badan layanan umum.<\/p>\n

Pedoman ini disusun untuk memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas dan sistematis dalam penetapan kinerja serta evaluasi pegawai, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) kami.<\/p>\n

Dengan adanya pedoman ini, setiap pejabat pengelola dan pegawai diharapkan dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penilaian yang objektif dan adil menjadi landasan penting untuk merancang sistem remunerasi yang berbasis pada prestasi kerja, sehingga setiap individu dapat termotivasi untuk memberikan yang terbaik bagi institusi dan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Melalui implementasi pedoman ini, diharapkan akan tercipta lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan inovatif. Dengan dukungan semua pihak, kami berharap upaya ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, serta berkontribusi positif bagi perkembangan pendidikan dan penelitian di Indonesia.<\/p>\n
